It was love at first sight for Miriam, who began her career at JTI as an intern over 7 years ago. When she joined JTI after university studies as a Business engineer and discovered JTI's factories, their technology, machinery, speed of production, she knew this was the place for her. Today, Miriam works on the same production site in Switzerland, in the Global Manufacturing Excellence team, and is in charge of supporting the factories, improving efficiency, and elevating productivity. This means constantly working with different teams and departments and traveling around the world. Whether it's in Tanzania, Poland, or Taiwan, she always has a feeling of "coming home" when she meets colleagues globally: “It's like a big family, it doesn't matter who you talk to, you are always welcomed. “
