Department: Make Pack (Area 4)
Location: JTI AMC Malvar, Batangas
What you will do
- Operate filter production machines to ensure consistent product quality in line with QA specifications and minimize downtime.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment through proactive hazard awareness.
- Apply 5S and good housekeeping practices to keep the workplace clean, organized, and compliant.
- Participate in continuous improvement (Kaizen) activities and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Comply with EHS standards, company policies, and perform tasks assigned by supervisors.
- Maintain strong health and safety awareness by identifying hazards, following control measures, and reporting unsafe conditions or incidents.
Who are we looking for
- High school or vocational graduate preferred.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Basic English (reading/writing) and math skills.
- Good communication, multitasking, and basic technical/computer skills.
- Willing to work on a rotating or shifting schedules.
