Electronics Supervisor

The incumbent will supervise the Electrical/Electronics Technician team in the Make & Pack department, ensuring smooth production operations, equipment reliability, maintenance, quality, and achievement of production targets. It also oversees team scheduling, performance, training and development, documentation, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with safety, EHS, 5S3R, and company procedures.

As an Electronics Supervisor, you will responsible for the following:

• Manages and supervises Electronic Technicians in the Make & Pack department, ensuring daily tasks, production activities, machine run-time, and work discipline are effectively managed. Coordinates work assignments based on production plans and monitors progress. Develops team schedules based on business and employee needs and maintains attendance, working hours, and overtime records.
  負責MP部門電控技術人員的日常管理與督導，確保人員工作績效及機台運轉時間獲得有效管理、生產任務如期完成，並維持產線工作紀律。持續監督MP生產流程、協調區域內各項作業，依生產計畫分派各製程任務並追蹤執行進度。依據營運需求及員工需求安排團隊工作時程，並負責團隊相關管理文件，包括工時計算、出勤紀錄及加班管理等。

• Develops and implements documentation in line with IWS methodology and guidelines, including relevant quality system documents. Ensures documentation is kept up to date and that subordinate employees comply with established procedures.
  依循IWS方法與指引，制定、執行並適時更新完成指派任務所需的相關文件，以及生產作業領域的品質系統文件；同時確保所屬人員遵循已實施的作業程序。

• Participates in root cause analyses of machine downtime and complaints, proactively initiates action and active participation in quality and efficiency improvement in a subordinate area.   
  參與機台停機及客訴事件的根本原因分析，主動提出並推動改善行動，積極提升所屬區域的品質與生產效率。

• Take ownership for Make & Pack electrical equipment performance, stability, maintenance & runnability. Monitors capability and skill level for electronics technicians. Works on technical skills assessment and technical training & development plan for electronics technicians. Drives improvement plan for area & responsible for production target. 
  全面負責MP電控設備的績效、穩定性、維護保養及運轉能力，並持續掌握電控技術人員的技能與能力水準。執行技術能力評估，制定並推動技術訓練及發展計畫；同時主導所屬區域的改善計畫，確保生產目標達成。

• Ensures a safe and proper work environment by enforcing factory safety rules and promoting employee awareness and compliance in coordination with the EHS Department. Supports the implementation of EHS tools on the shop floor, such as LOTOTO, Safety Map, JSA, and QRP. Ensures production areas maintain housekeeping standards through consistent implementation of 5S3R practices.
  負責特定工作環境符合法令規定之相關工作(確保正確工作條件)。執行工廠安全規定，配合EHS單位查檢及確保同仁員具備安全意識及遵守安全規定。負責生產單位設備之清潔標準，管理所有生產相關設備時，視執行5S3R、員工工作守則為 "日常工作準則(way of life)"。

• Ensures workplace health and safety by understanding potential hazards and applying the required control measures. Complies with JTI health and safety requirements, applicable rules, and procedures, while supporting continuous improvement. Demonstrates safe behavior, promptly reports incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and takes appropriate action to address identified risks.
  明白工作潛在風險危害、瞭解並採取相關預防措施以確保工作安全暨衛生依循JTI對工作危害的職安準則要求、恪守相關職安法令/法規，並配合對現有工作環境的持續改善與優化。展現安全行為，主動呈報主管職安意外、虛驚事故、未規範到之不安全情況與行為。採取對應措施以消弭上述事宜。

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, automation, maintenance, or engineering, preferably within FMCG, Semiconductor, or Pharmaceutical industries.
• Minimum 3 years of people management experience, with proven coaching and team development skills.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with experience in root cause analysis, downtime reduction, and implementing sustainable solutions.
• Proven ability to identify training needs, develop team capabilities, and drive knowledge sharing initiatives.
• Experience managing projects, including planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement activities.
• Intermediate English proficiency with the ability to read, understand, and communicate work-related information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard business applications.
