Branch Finance Associate - Fixed Term (Zamboanga)

The Branch Finance Associate collaborates proactively with field partners to provide timely support on branch operations, ensuring accurate review, recording, and reconciliation of transactions. They drive compliance with company policies, validate customer transactions and data, and lead operational improvements, cascades, and implementation of new initiatives.

As the BFA in the area of Zamboanga, you will: 

• Work with Different Teams – Join branch activities, attend events, and coordinate with field teams to solve operational issues.
• Handle Branch Transactions – Check and record branch financial transactions like check clearing, payment validations, customer documents, and route settlements.
• Monitor Branch Performance – Track key performance indicators (important metrics), follow company policies, manage credit limits, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Review and Analyze Data – Check financial reports for errors, investigate overdue accounts, and provide updates to branch partners.
• Keep Records Organized – Make sure all customer changes and approvals are accurately recorded and saved in the system.
• Support Projects and Training – Help train team members and assist with other tasks assigned by the manager.

Who are we looking for:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Work Experience: Preferably with relevant experience in accounts receivables and credit management. Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply!
• Language Skills: Can communicate in English and Tagalog (knowledge of the local dialect in the assigned area is a plus).
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of credit management policies and procedures, as well as MS Excel (functions and formulas).
• Other Skills: Strong communication and analytical skills, high attention to detail, and ability to stay flexible, proactive, and well-organized.
