Assistant Branch Warehouse In Charge

Job Responsibilities

Inventory Record Accuracy

• Ensure 100% inventory record accuracy by strictly recording and monitoring transactions in both SAP and Subsystem.
• Perform cycle counts and actively participate in van inventory route settlements to maintain flawless inventory records.

Product Quality Sustainability

• Monitor Bettle Count Index (BCI), Safety Risk Index, temperature, relative humidity, and Fe-Fo compliance to ensure high product quality standards.
• Implement and maintain outstanding quality control measures to surpass industry standards.

Asset Management

• Support compliance with asset maintenance management protocols to prolong asset usability.
• Report conditions of damaged assets and manage the disposal process efficiently.

Record Management

• Ensure documents and records are filed in strict accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and accessible records to support operational efficiency and compliance.

Other

• Manage various projects and tasks as they arise, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and successfully implement standard methodologies.

Requirements

• Possess a Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Finance, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in warehousing within a sales and distribution environment of an FMCG industry.
• Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literate with knowledge of SAP (STO and Migo processing) being highly advantageous.

Functional Skills

• Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
• Proven knowledge in SAP for seamless processing and data management.
• Strong analytical and logical skills to compete effectively in a fast-paced environment.
