What will you do?

This role has been established to to support the growing internal demand for Intelligent Automation solutions. This role will be responsible for developing and supporting new Intelligent Automation solutions with a focus on smart workflow and RPA capabilities leveraging UiPath and Microsoft technologies. In addition the role will support the Intelligent Automation Platform Owner in implementing the platform strategy, ensuring adherance to technology standards, and quality assuring the work delivered by 3rd party managed service provider. 

• Manage all aspects related to developments in assigned area, including supporting the business requirements gathering and analysis, writing technical specifications; configuration, development and unit testing; maintaining required technical documentation; supporting User Acceptance Testing; and successful deployment to production

• Propose  optimal technical solutions to fulfill user requests or fix problems. Proactively propose improvements to the  configured / developed automations. Own and actively share development best practices.

• Communicate timely on the project progress related to developments in assigned area. Develop relationships with customers to understand their needs and priorities and deliver timely and quality solutions to users by researching the business processes supported. 

• Ensure smooth operational run by monitoring and maintaining implemented "bots". Through monitoring of implemented "bots", proactively identify potential future production issues and propose and implement required changes. Address incidents in a timely manner when business operations are impacted.

• Support the Intelligent Automation Platform Owner as required

 Who are we looking for? 

• 3+ years in multi-national environment with hands on experience of developing and maintaining RPA solutions leveraging UiPath and / or Microsoft Power Automate.  

• Experience in implementing RPA solutions with SAP and ServiceNow is advantageous.

• Excellent experience of of implementing and supporting UiPath solutions

• Good understanding of the Microsoft Technology Stack and ability to implement solutions leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform. 

• Good understanding & experience of implementing solutions leveraging APIs

• Understanding of DevOps concepts, Microsoft DevOps tools, Agile delivery lifecycle & ALM concepts

• Understanding of cloud, on-premise, hybrid technology architectural concepts

• Detailed knowledge of application/role testing, test procedures and test scenarios

• Experience of working with SAP and ServiceNow advantageous

• Technical certifications are considered an advatage

• Analytical & Detail oriented.

• Good interpersonal skills - ability to listen and understand questions/problems being communicated by end-users

• Strong team player mindset

• Autonomous, self-organized and delivery focused

• Appetite and ability to continually learn.
