TALENT ATTRACTION SPECIALIST - MANDARIN
As the Talent Attraction Specialist, you aim to ensure an adequate pipeline of candidates for existing vacancies at the specialist to managerial level by facilitating end-to-end recruitment operations. You are expected to provide personal recommendations and subject-matter expertise in recruiting and assist the hiring manager and local P&C team until the successful candidate is identified.
As the Talent Attraction Specialist - Mandarin, you will:
- You will coordinate routine and recurring WG4 - WG3 processes and support candidate sourcing and search as needed. Together with the hiring manager and local P&C partner, you will create a recruiting approach and plan of action for these roles while communicating and supporting them in the process.
- You will conduct phone interviews with the pre-screened candidates to identify the candidates who further match the role's requirements and to generate a shortlist of personal recommendations for further interviews. You are expected to advise hiring managers and support their preparation for recruitment steps (with the help of more sophisticated team members if required).
- Connect with the candidates as per the agreed process - scheduling interviews and other process elements, sharing updates, and providing feedback (on the phone, via email, or /and face to face). And share relevant updates and information with the hiring manager and local P&C
- You are encouraged to continuously improve your service delivery level and recommend changes to the overall process based on your own experience and external standard methodologies.
- Effectively manage relationships with immediate business partners - more senior talent attraction team members, hiring managers, or/and local P&C Business Partners as per agreements
- Drive down development - identify and discuss own development gaps, discuss and plan development activities with the direct manager. Support Talent Attraction Specialists and other colleagues in covering their knowledge gaps
Requirements:
- University degree
- At least 2 to 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience preferably from an FMCG, multinational company, or shared service center. This includes:
- Volume Recruitment and High Caliber Selection
- Sourcing and Talent Pool Building
- KPI-driven Recruiting
- Open to fresh graduates
- Above average communication skills in English and a Level 3 in Mandarin
- Knowledge of social media and sourcing channels, interviewing techniques
- Strong partner management skills
- Good awareness of DE&I policies and practices
- Strong sense of collaboration and teamwork
