P&C Business Partner Specialist
The P&C Business Partner Specialist support in the execution of People & Culture strategies for the factory, IWS Organizational Pillar and various P&C employee engagement activities to meet the company strategic business objectives. Act as the business partner specialist and provide the professional advice to the Org Pillar team member.
As the P&C Business Partner Specialist you will:
1) Business Partnering
- Apply P&C strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall JTI strategy in order to support current and future business needs
- Support in overseeing the IWS Organization Pillar and collaborate with other Org Pillar team members and department representatives
- Preparation of all required PANs and ensure relevant changes are implemented accurately in P&C personnel administration system
- Advice employees on all P&C related matters
2) Organizational Design & Staffing
- Assist in reviewing the organizational structure and advocate to ensure optimal and efficient set up of each account in line with Organization Design and IWS Structure
- Support the review of the content of skill matrices which includes all skills (business knowledge, technical & organizational capability) against the current or intended
- Support in monitoring the actual headcount vs AP target
3) Integrated Talent Management
- Monitor talent attraction progress and liaise with GBS TA regarding documentation, JO issuance, onboarding, TOT, etc to ensure excellent candidate's experience
- Support the Succession planning processes across the areas/departments in line and in cooperation with P&C BP Manager and P&C BP Director via timely and Talent/Succession Reviews
- Ensure Performance Management processes effective maintenance via monitoring the process and completion
4) Labor Relations and Compliance
- Drive the compliance agenda and administer the strategy of misconduct prevention
- Advise on due process deployment and other local LR matters
- Monitor employee regularization and separation process
5) Engagement & events
- Collaborate with Employee Engagement Committee to ensure on time delivery of all engagement activities
- Support in organizing events / trainings as needed
Who are we looking for:
- Education: Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- Work Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in P&C (diverse experience in all P&C functional areas, IWS experience is an advantage).
- Language Skills: Fluent English & Filipino
- Functional Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of HR processes (Org Design, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Rewards & Recognition, Training & Labor Relations),Knowledge of Labor legislation Experience in manufacturing operations.Decision making and accountability. Strong communication/negotiation/facilitation skills. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to influence with impact. Strong stakeholder management
