Assistant Branch Warehouse In Charge

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our dynamic team as an Assistant Branch Warehouse In Charge. Branch Operations Lead

Oversee the overall Branch warehouse operation and ensures operation standards and controls of the company is implemented, and compliance to  good Warehousing practices is followed.

Inventory Record Accuracy

Ensure 100% Inventory Record accuracy by seamless recording and monitoring of transaction in both SAP and Subsystem. Performs cycle counts and patriate in Van inventory route settlement.

Product Quality Sustainability

Ensure the First to Expire- First to Out policy. Report slow moving SKU that requires rotation or sales program support, to avoid expiration and lastly compliance to Quality Management Program such as Beetle Count Index, Temperature-RH and quarterly General Pest Control Activities

Asset Management

Environment, Health and Safety Management

​​​​​​​Ensure the branch's compliance with safety regulations and standards, including those outlined in the Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS). Conduct branch-level risk assessments, perform regular safety inspections and audits, manage emergency preparedness efforts, and facilitate safety training for employees. Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by implementing and monitoring safety programs that prevent accidents, injuries, and health hazards in the workplace. Participate in incident investigations and monitor corrective actions.

Ensure the branch's compliance with environmental laws and regulations, including PD 1586, RA 6969, RA 8749, RA 9003, and RA 9275. Perform Pollution Control Officer (PCO) duties as outlined in DENR AO 2014-02, such as applying for and renewing environmental permits, maintaining environmental records, submitting mandatory reports, and monitoring activities that have an impact on the environment.

Requirements:

Possess a Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Finance or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years experience in warehousing in a sales and distribution environment of a FMCG industry.

Able to speak and write English well and must be computer literate.

SAP knowledge would be advantageous.
