Regional Route-To-Market Manager
The Regional Route-To-Market Manager is responsible for implementing the Route-To-Market strategy in their assigned region to improve distribution and sales. This includes setting coverage targets, ensuring efficient product delivery, and driving sales growth. The role also involves maintaining trade segmentation, planning sales resource deployment, and reviewing RTM models for RMC and RRP. The RTM Manager will work closely with regional teams and key stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and alignment.
As the Regional Route-To-Market Manager in the area of Sales, you will:

Implement the region’s RTM strategy (DSO and DDP/DP) for both RMC and RRP, including territory design, route planning, and headcount alignment.

Drive channel and project execution by analyzing volume trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.

Optimize and simplify RTM processes while setting KPIs and team objectives to achieve A&SP targets.

Develop cost-efficient alternative distribution models to boost coverage and secondary sales.

Explore and manage partnerships with wholesalers and sub-distributors in underserved regions.

Work closely with CBU Leads to ensure proper rollout and provide regular updates to CBU and NRTM.

Review and optimize the deployment of regional sales teams for maximum efficiency.

Monitor and manage headcount plans in collaboration with the Sales P&C BP Manager.

Ensure resources are aligned with business needs and market priorities.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, distribution, or route-to-market roles, preferably in FMCG or related industries.

Experience in managing sales coverage and setting up distribution routes

Comfortable working with different product types and sales models

Strong planning and problem-solving skills

Able to work with data to make decisions and improve results

Experience leading a team or working with cross-functional teams

Willing to travel within assigned regions when needed

Good communication and coordination skills

Can adapt quickly to changes and find efficient ways to work
