Territory Consumer Lead

 

 

The Territory Consumer Lead (TCL) role offers an outstanding chance for a motivated marketing professional. You will drive business growth in the Philippines by applying a consumer-focused strategy.

 

As the Territory Consumer Lead in the area of Marketing, you will: 

 

Strategy & Campaign / Program Development

  • Analyze data and competitive insights to identify opportunities.

  • Develop strategic action plans for business growth.

  • Secure project approvals and ensure campaign clarity.

 

Leading Implementation

  • Brief field sales on campaign mechanics.

  • Manage deployment of marketing activities.

  • Drive performance management and optimize investments.

 

Program Evaluation

  • Conduct surveys to ensure compliance and resolve challenges.

  • Review performance against objectives and measure success.

 

Territory Leadership

  • Support product launches and ensure compliance.

  • Develop efficient routes to consumers and manage territory toolkit.

 

Resource Management

  • Manage field marketing budget and program tools.

  • Control and conduct physical counts of program enablers.

 

Other Tasks

  • Perform additional ad hoc tasks as needed.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • 2-3 years of experience in Sales, Trade/Channel Marketing, Consumer Engagement, or Marketing, including field sales experience in an FMCG company.

  • Proficiency in oral and written communication in English and Filipino.

Functional Skills

  • Strong data gathering, insighting, and analysis capabilities.

  • Expertise in trade and channel development strategy and plan formulation.

  • Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong leadership and entrepreneurial skills.

  • High sense of ownership and accountability.

  • Good understanding of digital tools and the ability to generate and share ideas.

  • Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment.

  • Ability to analyze business situations and propose actionable consumer acquisition solutions.
