Meet Milan, who's just celebrated an exciting milestone - 10 years working at JTI. "Coming into the office, I never know what might happen," he says of his job as International Key Account Manager. Traveling the globe is an integral part of his daily responsibilities, as is meeting people — and that's what he loves. Having changed jobs several times during his tenure at JTI, he's happy to have been pushed to discover new challenges and new places, and feels that he has grown a lot since joining. "I started marketing at JTI in 2011 in a completely different environment to where I’m working now. I was able to change different functions, departments, and markets in the past 10 years. This enables you to grow as a person and to have more confidence in taking on a new challenge.“
