FINANCE CONTROL ANALYST
Responsible for performing statutory reporting and commercial analysis at the entity level across all transaction types, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations. The role collaborates with FP&A, business users, and GBS to obtain clarifications, resolve reporting matters, and support informed financial decision-making.
As the Finance Control Analyst, you will do:
- Commercial & Transaction Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive entity-level analysis of commercial activities, financial performance, and key business transactions to understand underlying business drivers, evaluate financial implications, identify risks and opportunities, and provide value-added insights to management and stakeholders.
- Reporting & Business Insight:

Develop, maintain, and enhance periodic and ad-hoc management reports by translating financial and operational data into actionable business insights. Provide analysis of performance trends, variances, and key commercial indicators at the entity level to support strategic discussions and business decision-making.

- Continuous Improvement:
- Lead and support continuous improvement efforts across business operations and financial reporting processes, including process optimization, control enhancement, automation, and standardization initiatives. Participate in and support ad-hoc projects related to Finance Control, ensuring effective implementation and delivery of project objectives.
- Policies & Governance Improvement:
- Support the development, review, and enhancement of accounting policies, financial procedures, and governance frameworks to ensure alignment with evolving business needs, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Who are we looking for?

- Bachelor's degree graduate in Accounting, Economy, or related field from reputable university.

Minimum 3 years experience in Accounting, Tax, or similar from FMCG company prefereably multinational.
- Proficient in using BI Tools (PowerBI, Tableau, dashboarding)
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective engagement with collaborators at all levels.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and capable of delivering professional presentations.
