2020年3月Mateusz加入JTI，擔任全球供應鏈和客戶服務專家一職，就在COVID-19封鎖之前。這個展開新工作的時機可真具有挑戰性！僅僅九個月後，他就晉升為團隊主管，現在負責在全球範圍內支援公司運作、市場和客戶。Mateusz是喜歡與人相處的人，他相信「與人共事是最愉快的事情，而身邊有隨時準備提供支援的人」就是他在JTI的3年裡取得成功的關鍵所在。

全球業務服務（GBS）
在JTI，世界任你遨遊。「從事全球供應鏈和全球業務服務，我們有機會進行全球規模的工作，」Mateusz說。「能夠與如此多的全球利益相關者合作，不僅是內部的，還包括外部的，這是從事GBS工作最棒的事情，也是我想要強調的。」我們為公司的全球聯繫網感到自豪，JTI還在2021年被公認為前20家最受推崇的共享服務和GBS組織之一。
