e-Commerce Specialist

 

 

 

What this position is about - Purpose:

 

Person on this role reports to E-Commerce Manager. The position supports the co-creation and development of the consumer centric channel and running online sales for RRP products. The person at this position supports E-Commerce Manager in implementation of e-commerce processes, online sales of the brand, in overseeing the look and feel of the website/ store. E-Commerce Specialist co-operates with internal IT, Brand, Consumer, HQ/ DBU teams, as well as with 3rd parties, digital agencies, web and software developers who contribute to website traffic, design and structure. The person monitors relevant trends and innovations within e-commerce landscape, recommends and implements most relevant solutions for JTI e-commerce operations.        

 

What will you do - Responsibilities:

 

  • Co-creating e-commerce development plan in line with digital strategy and brand/market/HQ guidelines
  • Supporting operational processes related to direct to consumer eCommerce development and store functioning to provide seamless business and customer experience
  • Being responsible for customer acquisition and retention execution including: PPC, SEO, Affiliate, Email, Retargeting, Display, Social Media in order to create awareness and bring relevant traffic to the website
  • Co-operating with social media, creative and performance agencies as well as web and software developers on e-commerce platform and e-CRM development 
  • Supporting data collection, analytics and performance reporting of digital channels in order to track key KPIs and look after sales results
  • Management of product catalogue and content on e-commerce platform based on global brand guidelines
  • Creating and implementing marketing activities e.g. promotions and loyalty program
  • Insights on e-commerce and online channels

 

Who are we looking for - Requirements: 

 

  • University degree in business, marketing, economics, and/or social sciences, IT
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in eCommerce and digital marketing, preferably in retail/FMCG industry or agency
  • Knowledge of e-Commerce and digital marketing principles, consumer acquisition strategies and content creation processes
  • Understanding technical aspects required to run e-commerce, consumer acquisition and retention activities  
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of CRM / marketing automation platforms
  • Native Polish and English (both verbal and written)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with focus on team cooperation
  • Very good project management skills
  • Excellent self organization with ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks 
  • Analytical thinking skills to understand and draw conclusions from data and provide recommendations
