Talent Attraction & Employee Engagement Manager

 

 

Position purpose:

 

In this role, which is part of global People & Culture strategy team, you will be responsible for advancing and managing the employee listening strategy and creating ideas to deliver best-in-class people experience based on EES results and Top Employers Institute findings and recommendations. You will contribute to People & Culture strategic agenda of nurturing people-centric organization, and to making an organizational cultural shift. You will contribute to implementation of the Talent Attraction & Employee Engagement strategy and work closely with JTI People & Culture colleagues and stakeholders, including other functions and regions. 

 

Main areas of responsibility:

 

  • Advancing and managing the JTI employee listening strategy.
  • Leading the Team of 2 dedicated, independent, highly engaged professionals.
  • Managing and supporting initiatives contributing to the implementation of people-centric and inclusive Talent Attraction strategy.
  • Leading the annual Employee Engagement Survey cycles in the spirit of continuous improvement, efficiency and collaboration.
  • Overseeing the annual Top Employers certification process and highlight improvement opportunities based on Top Employers Institute findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborating with GBS Talent Attraction and Functional Champions to improve the current Candidate and Hiring Manager experience.
  • Managing relations with TA&EE internal stakeholders and external providers (ex. Microsoft, Top Employers Institute, creative agencies).
  • Contributing to building a strong, effective and positive collaboration within the TA&EE team as well as the wider P&C Team and beyond, through transparency, authenticity and support.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Being  proactive, ambitious, engaged, motivated and passionate about people’s motivations and engagement
  • Putting people experience at heart of what they do
  • Loving working with people and knows what’s important in leading a Team
  • Ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders across JTI and in HQ (including ExCom and Leadership Teams)
  • Taking accountability and likes playing Sherlock Holmes if needed
  • Being a strong collaborator and understands their impact on team’s successes and failures
  • At least 5 years of proven P&C experience

  • Proven track record of working on local/global strategic initiatives and managing complex projects
  • Understanding the data and liking working with it, has an eye for details when needed and can also zoom out to see the bigger picture
