Divisional Sales Manager, Yaroslavl

Reporting to Sales Director, North-West region

WG3, permanent

 

What will you do - Responsibilities:

  • Team management;
  • Setting and monitoring tasks within the division;
  • Achieve KPIs into responsibility area;
  • Control and approve the responsibility budgets;
  • Contract terms analyzing, assessment of its efficiency;
  • Develop and propose solutions to improve operational processes;
  • Build effective relationships with company partners;
  • Team development within the Company strategy, conduct a staff performance assessment;
  • Ensure prompt and effective communication within the Team.

 

Who are we looking for - Requirements:

  • Higher Education;
  • More than 5 years sales experience;
  • More than 3 years people managing experience;
  • Business understanding of tobacco market;
  • Team management tools knowledge;
  • Team-work oriented, focusing team on KPI achievement;
  • Presentation & Negotiation skills;
  • Intermediate English level.
