WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE

This position is to support sales system users from JTI HQ and to make sure day-to-day business process run smootly and capture all in the system. Responsiable to handle sales supporting tools (TME-Lite, Power BI, GIS & Connexus) and operation-related issue quickly and effectly.

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES

System Setup and Maintanance

  • Setting up and maintain master data in the system for Distributors (Back-Office and Field Force users.)
  • Implement sale & marketing processes in the system (eg. Promotion, survey, empty pack)
  • Ensure all Merchandising programs (Promo,survey,emptypack) are setup correctly and applied on Field

System Troubleshooting

  • Provide clear communication and direction for all system users
  • Support and keep maintenance of all sales system for day-to-day business operations both Back-Office (BO) and Field Force (HHT user).
  • Manage system issues from which is using in daily processes (raising incident to GSD)
  • Ensure all Customer information and sale structure are created correctly in the system on top of the sale plan / route / PJP are correctly applied in system.
  • Manage system user access and account creation for both OB and HHT user
  • Update constantly issue Log and access control master file

System Development

  • Responsible to launch new system for sales operation and activate new funcationality of current system
  • Make sure all the system processes are aligned with business process

People management (if applicable)

  • Recruit, motivate and guide the professional development of the team reporting directly and indirectly to the incumbent.

Other (if applicable)

  • Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request.

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree  or a related field of study.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with DMS background and FMCG industries

Essential Skill

  • Familiar with FMCG distribution processes
  • Strong knowledge with Distribution Management System (DMS) software
  • Advanced skill of Microsoft office (Excel is essential skill)
  • Knowledge of reports which are created from DMS data source
  • Critical Thinking skills are essential
  • Adaptable, flexible and open to change
  • Good team player and can work independently
