WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE
This position is to manage the sales systems and provide business insight/information on timely manner to improve operation efficiency and effectiveness.
WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES
System Management and Development
- Ensure all the slaes operation process are capture in TME-Lite system, governance on business process, master Data maintainance, incident haldling and etc.
- Enable new TME-Lite function to improve business effeciency and capture new information that can utilize to make business critical decision investment/expension.
- Recognize opportunities to improve process efficiencies and implement them.- Responsiabl to manage change request and new system implementation for sale department
Business Analysis
- Collect report requirement from all stakeholder and develop/enhance current report and ensuring all stakeholder requirement are in Power BI report platform
- Participate in ETL and data modeling design, utilize multiple data sources: TME-Lite, manual record, Nielsen and etc.
- Create report and get alignment before program start. Sharing program tracking report to relevent stakeholder to make necessary adjustment or take action to achieve program objective
Planning and Budget Management
- Resopnsiable for managing the system user account and budget control
- Assess the cost and benefits of new project and determine long and short-term goals
People management (if applicable)
- Recruit, motivate and guide the professional development of the team reporting directly and indirectly to the incumbent.
- Mentor and coach new team members and junior level staff.
Other (if applicable)
- Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree or a related field of study.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with DMS background and FMCG industries
Essential Skill
- Familiar with FMCG distribution processes
- Strong knowledge with Distribution Management System (DMS) software
- Advanced skill of Microsoft office (Excel is essential skill)
- Knowledge of reports which are created from DMS data source
- Management skills are essential
- Adaptable, flexible and open to change
- Good team player and can work independently
- Ability to multi-task and function well under pressure and tight timeframes.
- Ability to communicate many stakeholders simply and respectfully.
