WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE

To create reports based on key commercial metrics and data. Development and maintenance of BI reporting platforms (Power BI) for sale and marketing operations. BI report Dashboard need to ensure ease of access and understanding for all. It includes understanding data warehouse structure, and ETL (extract, transform, load). Provide Ad hoc excel reports as of user requests and operational performance tracking. To Monitor tracking reports and giving insight to Management.

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintenance and enhancement of power BI dashboard.
  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports for different functions.
  • Create excel report by SQL, BI queries.
  • Data validation for accuracy of reports that are currently using.
  • Leverage obtaining data efficiently from DMS.
  • Apply understanding of the commercial process of DMS and apply analysis to measure performance against operational key performance indicators.
  • Understand business needs and develop ad-hoc reports upon request, and proactively.

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS:

  • University Degree and it's equivalent

  • Minimum 1 years of experience with DMS (Distribution Management System) software in FMCG industries or experience with business analysis/reporting.

  • Fluent in English Communication.

  • Intermediate knowledge of any programming language (SQL prefer).

  • Basic Excel skill (at least creating sample dashboard) or PowerBI.

  • Basic knowledge of Database system and table structure.

  • Desirable:

    • Advanced excel skill (Power Query, Power Pivot, Data modeling, DAX formula).

    • Sales performance analysis and giving insight to management.

    • Adaptable, flexible and open to change
