Shift Specialist / Production Admin

Ensure all the materials transferred from the warehouse are accurate in quality, quantity, and specification. Ensure all the floor arrangements are well prepared as per 5S3R. Shift administration in terms of OT, Manpower, and Leaves arrangement. Losses analysis for KPIs and improvement action planning. Participation in EHS activities proactively and as 1st priority. Monitor and control the IICI and take proactive actions. General shift management and delivery of set output and KPIs.

As the Shift Specialist/Production Admin, you will: 

• Ensure all the materials transferred from the warehouse are accurate in quality, quantity, and specification. Ensure all the floor arrangements are well prepared as per 5S3R. Shift administration in terms of OT, Manpower, and Leaves arrangement. Losses analysis for KPIs and improvement action planning. Participation in EHS activities proactively and as 1st priority. Monitor and control the IICI and take proactive actions. General shift management and delivery of set output and KPIs.
• Monitor and control all of the transactions and continuous replenishing of NTM, TX, TM, and FG between the warehouse and the production and ensure accuracy in quality, quantity, and specification according to management guidelines.
• Ensure the manpower arrangement within the team to operate as per planned capacity efficiently.
• Monitor, challenge and control the operation in each shift to deliver the set volume, KPIs and perform analysis (NTM, TM, Waste %) and reporting.
• Monitor and control all of the hazardous NTMs that are used in production, are kept in a designated area as per EHS guidelines. Deliver the results with the suggestion, safety tool box talk, and EHS activities proactively.
• Actively participate in the implementation of the suggestion.
• Responsible to perform WIP inventory control and monthly stock count control with ""zero"" discrepancy.
• Responsible for ensuring the inventoried shorts are consumed in the minimum storage time without impacting the product quality.
• Responsible for conducting timely KPI review section, and consumer complaints information to all the team members.
• Motivate and guide the professional development of the team reporting directly and indirectly to the incumbent. Identify training needs, plan and allocate time for training and development.
• Responsible for arranging beetle reduction and IICI cleaning activities among the team.
• Responsible for performing daily waste control and data recording according to management guidelines, and taking the improvement actions upon the daily operation's findings.
• Responsible for handling of QUIPs / Sorting and defected Materials issues and reporting.

Requirements:

• Degree or its equivalent                                            
• Preferably executives specializing in Supply Chain (Production Administration) with a minimum 2-4 years.
• Proficiency in English and Burmese.                                             
• Production management, warehouse operation, quality, IICI (beetle infestation), EHS, 5S3R, inventory control, document control, stock count.
• Good in Microsoft Excel, SAP, PowerPoint, Internet & E-mail, and MWS Online System.
