IWS Filter Cell Lead - Production Department

We are currently looking for a Filter Cell Lead in the Production of Xanthi factory for organizing the work of the Cell to which he/she will be assigned according to IWS principles, always seek the optimal use of production capacity and the manufacture of high-quality products and ensure that the fundamental IWS capabilities are known and adequately met. Join our team and contribute to the success of our production processes! 

Position: 

As the Filter Cell Lead in the Production Department, you will:

• 24 hour, multiple shift accountability for results understood as safety, quality, reliability, production attainment, productivity and costs for assigned Cell, Owner of Cell DDS, responsible for DDS findings follow up and ensuring their execution.
• Specify short (24h) to mid-term priorities for the assigned Cell (<90 Days Plans). Participate in key planned activities.
• Together with the rest of Cell Team develop 24-hour action plans, set priorities for the team and allocate resources to support the plan.
• Coache operating teams in technical aspects of equipment, to achieve the operational objectives of assigned Cell.
• Own and execute assigned DMSs for the assigned Cell.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering or related field.
• Experience as a Team Leader in a multinational company, will be an asset. 
• Administrative and team management skills.
• Knowledge of tobacco industry will be an additional advantage
• Very good knowledge (oral and written) of Greek and English languages.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
