Process Analyst Manager
What this role is about?
The core objective of this role is to provide comprehensive assistance for non-SAP solutions within the domains of Cash Management and Treasury Management. This encompassing responsibility involves overseeing a diverse array of platforms, applications, and middleware that pertain to crucial functions such as treasury trading, payment processing, document flow, and in-depth analysis. By leveraging your expertise, you will contribute to the seamless operation of these essential financial processes, ensuring their efficiency and accuracy while fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement.
What will you do?
- Provide technical support for Incidents, manage and be responsible for the entire lifecycle of Change Requests, participate in the large scale or cross-process projects, maintain and update the Knowledge Database and Treasury Application Portfolio
- Analyze business needs to architect relevant solutions in the area of treasury
- Participate in development and alignment of a long term strategy for interfaces between JT/ JTI SAP system and banks, cloud solutions, treasury platforms, etc.
- Ensure adherence and compliance to treasury relevant legislation and requirements of internal / external audit, ensure that regular reviews are planned, delivered and documented with due diligence, that follow-up is performed as/when required
- Continuously re-assess existing treasury solutions; proactively identify risks, issues or critical factors that might impact the business, monitor the market for the new solutions, best practices, share your ideas with the team, propose improvements, new implementations.
- Validate technical changes impacting existing BTS Treasury solutions
- Perform J-Sox and Baseline controls on a regular basis
- Communicate with key business partners, other IT teams and third-party suppliers, sustain efficient business relationships
What are we looking for?
- Fluency in English
- University degree or equivalent, preferably in the IT area
- IT technical background: system analysis, certificate management, SQL, PowerShell
- Understanding the main principles of IT system architecture planning, integration and databases
- Communication skills
- Project management skills
- Proficient in IT service management processes and ITIL best practices
- Strong, mature personality, self-confident, self-motivated, looking for challenges
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Customer oriented attitude
- Time management skills
