For our fast-growing Global IT team in Warsaw we are currently looking for an enthusiastic, self-driven:



IT Network & Communication Center (NCC) Integration Architect (m/f)



In the role, you will plan and introduce new network and communication solutions and services. You will also be managing user adoption to complex IT solutions, lead communication to users, raise IT colleagues awareness worldwide and ensure successful deployment of those solutions globally.

What would your core duties involve?


  • Supervise new solutions and services developing process and proper handover of these to operations teams.
  • Ensure full awareness of end-users community about new solutions and services.
  • Plan and execute communication campaigns for new services and solutions promotion.
  • Train users in order to ensure highest quality of end-users adoption.
  • Track and report KPI and project status related to the deployment and promotion of new solutions.
  • Conduct user satisfaction surveys and report services usage.
  • Measure user adoption to new services and solutions, provide feedback to improve services and solutions and enhance users satisfaction.




It will be easier for you to carry out the above tasks if you:


  • hold an university degree or equivalent,
  • have 2-4 years working experience with IT services, release, change and project management,
  • write and speak fluent English,
  • stay up-to-date with new trends in networks and communications,
  • are attentive to detail and quality,
  • have analytical mind,
  • are able to see IT services and solutions with a customer's eyes,
  • demonstrate customer-oriented attitude,
  • possess good communication, reporting and presentation skills,
  • are able to listen and understand questions/problems communicated by end-users,
  • are able to work effectively in a diversified global and multicultural team/environment.
