GBS Change Manager
What this position is about – Purpose:
The primary objective of this role is to implement change management plans within JTI's Global Business Services (GBS), aligning with GBS's overarching goals. This position guides and supports GBS by ensuring that stakeholders, customers, and employees are well-informed and engaged. The GBS Change Manager will focus on developing, executing, and monitoring engagement plans, stakeholder management, communication plans, and other change interventions. The role involves taking all necessary actions to ensure these plans are successfully implemented.
What will you do – Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute change management plans to maximize employee adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies. Perform stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and resistance management.
- Propose key stakeholder mapping for assigned projects, building strong relationships across all levels of the organization, including senior stakeholders. Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to gather feedback, provide updates, and address concerns.
- Design and execute engagement plans that ensure stakeholder support, involvement, and empowerment throughout the change process.
- Create and deliver content that clearly articulates the vision, benefits, and impacts of change initiatives. Ensure alignment of messaging and timing across all communication channels, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Work closely with the Change Management Lead and project teams to integrate change management activities into overall project plans. Collaborate to develop and deliver content for messaging plans.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of change management activities. Monitor and measure the success of change initiatives and provide regular updates to the Change Management Lead.
Who are we looking for – Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Change Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, project management, or a related role, ideally in multinational companies.
- Experience in working with change management methodologies (PROSCI preferred).
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and engagement planning across all levels, including senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills at a business proficiency level.
- Expertise in managing complex change initiatives with a strategic approach.
- Understanding of the GBS environment is beneficial to align change strategies with specific needs and goals.
