GSC FINANCE LEAF&BLEND MANAGER

What this position is about - Purpose: 

The GSC Finance Leaf & Blend Manager is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate representation of JTI's financial position from a Leaf & Blend reporting perspective. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, conducting variance analysis, forecasting, and managing intercompany transactions. The role also involves calculating transfer prices and standard costs for materials managed by Global Leaf on behalf of JTI SA. Additionally this role will support month-end closing and planning processes.

What will you do - Responsibilities: 

• Be the main contact for financials related to intercompany transactions
• Assist during Annual & Strategic Planning (ASP) preparation, validation of submitted templates from various functions, contribute to overall leaf cost calculation
• Oversee global database tools and work on their constant improvement
• Ensure full visibility and transparency behind intercompany transactions – support Global Functions and factories with data availability
• Collaborate with global tax and business model teams on compliance of internal procedures
• Coordinate parts of the global SAP Cost Roll Out process
• Support the cost simulation processes, business partnering with various teams within JTI.

Who are we looking for - Requirements: 

• You have minimum one year of working experience in Controlling/Finance/Planning in the FMCG industry
• You have a university degree (bachelor or higher) in Finance, Business Administration, or other analytical fields
• You show profound understanding of intercompany transactions, and variance analysis,
• You are an excellent communicator, coordinator, and presenter
• You have got good analytical and organizational skills with focus on delivering financial information/ results
• Spirit of teamwork and cooperation
• Accuracy of work and capability to work with strict deadlines
• Tech-savvy with solid knowledge of MS Excel, SAP financial modules, and BW; knowledge of Power BI, SQL, VBA, and is a strong advantage.
• Of course, you’re fluent in English, both written and spoken.
