About the role:
You will be part of Global Supply Chain Finance team and will manage key activities within the tobacco leaf transfer pricing area. In this role you will act as Finance business partner in cooperation with our Leaf stakeholders by supporting and guiding them to make well-informed decisions. You will plan, forecast, and analyze transfer prices from various perspectives in international collaboration across our Global Supply Chain, including factories, planning and R&D.
Main Areas of Responsibilities:
Finance Business Partner for leaf transfer prices
- Provide business partner support and financial guidance for the factory finance teams across the world to secure high quality of data and proper leaf costing
- Ensure constant availability and correctness of Leaf Transfer Prices within various systems to support connected factory processes
- Collaborate with global tax teams to ensure the most current transfer pricing guidelines are applied
- Support for global SAP Cost Roll Out process that translates planning financial results into SAP standard costs
Data Analytics
- Ensure the implemented solutions are working accurately and consistently, while also striving to identify enhancements for overall efficiency and effectiveness of the used tools
- Drive forward the use of data analytics across the department and contribute to the continuous improvement, supporting team colleagues to effectively use or identify the analytics solutions
Planning, Forecasting and Analyzing
- Manage long-term planning process (Annual and Strategic Plan) for transfer pricing with factories and global functions.
- Consolidate forecasting results (Latest Estimates, Outlooks) from factories and global functions, preparing a meaningful and actionable analysis (data, analytics, roadmaps, and presentations).
You as a professional:
- You have a university degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology or other analytical fields
- You have 2+ years of working experience in manufacturing finance or analytics function, preferably in multinational FMCG company
- You are tech-savvy, having a solid knowledge of MS Excel, Power BI and BW is a must, while SAP IBP, SAP financial modules, VBA and SQL basics are considered a strong advantage.
- You show profound understanding of product cost and advanced variance analysis
- You have good analytical and organizational skills with focus on delivering financial information/results
- You are excellent communicator, coordinator, and presenter
- Spirit of teamwork and cooperation
- Accuracy of work and capability to work with strict deadlines
- Of course, you’re fluent in English, both written and spoken.
