Job title: Solution Adoption Manager

Solution Adoption Manager 

 

The Solution Adoption Manager will be responsible for the successful adoption and implementation of Marketing and Sales corporate solutions in global teams, providing expertise and support on functional usage, operations, and effective execution, as well as raising and following up on risks and mitigations required for successful adoption.

The person acts as liaison between Marketing & Sales Business functions and D&IT delivery teams being able to talk both business and IT languages, becoming and coordinating other internal IT teams and 3rd party companies to deliver their specific initiatives on time and budget agreed plans. The role also guarantees IT Governance on Marketing & Sales related matters and proper communication.

 

Main areas of responsibilities:

 

  • Business Relationship Management: Understand business needs and priorities of different M&S Functions. Coordinate various initiatives to deliver business value in line with Digital and IT Strategy as well as provision of functional expertise for owned applications and securing its adoption and proper use
  • Project / Change Management: Work on the projects/demands under assignment ensuring the tasks under his/her responsibility are done as planned and aligned with JTI IT quality standards. Secure project completion anticipating potential risks
  • Application Maintenance / Quality Assurance Support: Perform quality reviews of application and deliverables; participate in System Test phases to ensure markets' requirements are meeting and no side issues are appearing in order to improve quality of UAT releases; follow defined processes to ensure a smooth execution of planned activities; ensure all guidelines, processes and procedures are followed within IT BTS M&S Corporate related initiatives
  • Budget Responsibility: Support Budget Planning and Forecast. Prepare TDT, ASP (Annual Strategy Planning) and LE. Brief other IT teams to secure proper allocation of Global IT resources and budget to the related activities

Requirements:

 

  • University degree in Computer Science or similar
  • 4 years of working experience in IT function or IT consulting
  • Experience with various SAAS solutions, software development and data analytics
  • Experience in solutions supporting Marketing and Sales HQ function would be a plus
  • Business Analysis & Business requirements analysis
  • Solutions design and architecture, including but not limited to application design methodology (including Agile methodology), interface design, capacity planning, scalability
  • Supplier management
  • Proven experience on Microsoft office tools
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills, ability to connect easily and efficiently with the members of the international virtual IT teams and Markets
  • Analytical & Detail oriented
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Capable of working in a multinational environment
  • Experience working with virtual teams
