ServiceNow Test Delivery Manager

 

What this position is about - Purpose:

 

ServiceNow Test Delivery Manager will be responsible for definition and execution of ServiceNow Testing and Innovation strategies. Full remote work from anywhere in the country is possible.

 

What will you do - Responsibilities:

 

  • Define JTI ServiceNow Testing strategy and practices and keep them up-to-date
    Ensure the administration and timely execution of manual and automated test scripts (including unit, integration, performance, system, user acceptance and regression test scripts)
  • Coordinate Regression testing activities in scope of Major Program Releases
  • Support ServiceNow Development teams in setting up and execution of the Automated Test scripts (ATF’s) 
  • Ensure that the JTI ServiceNow applications are aligned with the ServiceNow best practices and JTI architecture standards 
  • Ensure ServiceNow Health checks are executed, propose steps for improvements
  • Define JTI ServiceNow Innovation strategy and keep it up to date
  • Proactively analyze technology trends & JTI business demand to identify upcoming opportunities
  • Ability to link innovation strategy to the overall business and IT strategies
  • Ensure Innovation PoC’s end-to-end delivery and, if successful, promote their outcomes within IT and business community

 

Who are we looking for - Requirements:

 

  • You have a University Degree, preferably in IT 
  • 3 years of experience as a member of ServiceNow implementations and testing including business requirements gathering, development, testing, and cutovers
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, administration, CMDB, Service Portal, Flow Designer, development of custom applications, scripting
  • Expert experience in Testing capabilities and frameworks 
  • Very strong experience with creation and execution of ATFs
  • 1+ year of Team leader or manager experience
  • Good understanding of the key IT processes, knowledge of ITIL or similar framework, development experience in Agile projects
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow integrations is a big plus 
  • Experience with ServiceNow platform architecture will be a plus 
  • Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to deliver on time and follow-up promptly on any issues and/or risks identified
  • Fluent English
