Process Analyst Manager (Temporary – 15 months)
What this role is about?
The position exists to provide consulting expertise in the area of People & Culture process & solution design (mainly in non-SAP but with SAP integration) throughout all of the People & Culture processes in order to support the development and maintenance of the People & Culture Technology Strategy, implementation of People & Culture Technology portfolio (including major projects, initiatives & enhancements), as well as provide advice on any ad hoc business requirements for People & Culture. To achieve this, you will need to keep up to date with JTI People & Culture technology solutions, (primarily SuccessFactors), industry best practices & vendor landscape.
You will be the point of contact between your specific process area(s), the business process owner, and the key Power Users, managing business relationships and keeping them up-to-date and knowledgeable of the systems, business processes, best practices, and status of People & Culture Technology portfolio delivery. Other responsibilities include providing expertise in their process/technology area through coaching and providing support to the process/application analysts to ensure the effective delivery of portfolio (including daily operations); service delivery; & vendor management.
What will you do?
- Will be providing an IT consultancy in Non-SAP Talent/L&D areas around processes and technology. You will act as an IT Owner of P&C applications solving incidents, and change requests and managing those systems to keep them secured and stable
- On a daily basis you will be working closely with vendors and P&C teams to identify solutions that complement JTI IT Strategy. You will be leading IT projects supporting major L&D initiatives, from analysis of business requirements to final implementation
- Identify solution options and translate them into technical design
- Manage significant changes in the JTI HR Technology Portfolio following HR best practices.
- Oversee delivery of projects including regular status reporting
- Select and manage vendors for service delivery
- Maintain up-to-date appropriate documentation in the area of responsibility
What are we looking for?
- University degree or equivalent
- Have at least 2 years of working experience in the role of IT analyst or P&C implementation projects
- Clear and basic IT knowledge of products, such as Microsoft SharePoint, Power Apps
- Global project implementation experience
- Excellent Business Relationship Management Skills (Customers & Suppliers) in a global multicultural environment
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
