P&C Agile Business Partner (L&D and Projects)

 

 

 

What this position is about - Purpose: 

 

The position is responsible for providing and implementing comprehensive talent management strategy, tools and solutions in line with the company's business strategies and overall management of P&C projects in line with the defined strategy and business priorities.

 

 

What will you do - Responsibilities:

 

  • Drive the implementation of JTI Polska - Market L&D strategy in line with business priorities and set budget to ensure employee development needs are identified, solutions developed & implemented and the impact of such interventions fully followed-up
  • Fully participate in the Company's Talent Management processes ensuring effective talent  identification, development and succession planning while leading the creation, adoption and utilization of relevant tools to support the process
  • Manage and deliver P&C projects in close collaboration with the Agile Team ensuring the project master plan is developed, aligned and relevant resources assigned, deliverables are being executed within deadlines and projects closure properly completed within agreed resources
  • Work in close partnership with the P&C Leadership team to drive stakeholder engagement on P&C projects by preparing, socializing and approving various project progress reports and updates
  • Contribute to building the agile mindset and ways of working within the organization

 

 

Who are we looking for -  Requirements:

 

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
  • > 5 years in Human Resources in an international environment and experience in the areas of Talent Management, Training, Development or Project management
  • Fluency in both Polish & English
  • Solid experience in Project Management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills
  • Very good Planning & Organization Skills
  • Strong knowledge of computer programs(excel, PPT etc.)
  • Knowledge of Agile ways of working & SAP-HR as a plus
