What this role is about?
The mission of NCC Integration function is to lead development and delivery of new network services to new geographies / acquired entities. In close cooperation with Market and Regions IT function, he/she ensures interim and end-state network integration of new geographies in accordance with the M&R IT requirements. NCC Integration Manager is the owner of NCC Service Catalog and responsible for coordinating the new service development activities across NCC functions and service providers. He is also responsible for NCC A/SP Briefing Book and ensuring full planning alignment with field IT Teams.
This function is strategic with a scope encompassing deployment of new network services while ensuring cost / resource efficiency and integration of new geographies by taking into account business requirements.
What will you do?
- Interim and end-state network services delivery for all new geographies / acquisitions and handover to other NCC Service Delivery and NCC Operations. Assisting Markets & Regions IT function for network budget planning.
- Coordination of local invoicing feasibility, Local Service Agreement and geography creation on service provider tools
- As being NCC Service Catalog Owner, coordinate development of new network services in close cooperation with NCC TA, other NCC functions and service providers. Release management of NCC Service Catalog
- Develop customer relationship through a structured approach, in order to gather plans and requirements, identify improvement opportunities and understand expectations to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction
What are we looking for?
- University degree in Information Management, or Engineering, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years’ experience in Information Technology, with particular focus on Service Delivery and governance, Telecommunications (Data and Voice/Video)
- Proven experience in working enterprise-wide solutions in Telecom environment in areas of Wired/Wireless LAN, WAN, Remote Access, Intranet/Internet, and related security services. Problem, Change and Crisis Management experience
- Ability to work in multicultural environment with string interpersonal and communication skills
- Experienced in service management and communication with customers as being member of a customer facing organization
- High level of expertise in problem management and troubleshooting in Voice, Data and Video services
- Fluent English is mandatory
