Master Data Associate

Position Purpose:

The position of MD Associate is contributing to an overall efficient operations of MD department and its high standards. The objective of the role is to provide high quality of services to martkets by: timely processing high volume of incoming tickets and query resolution, keeping high accuracy according to the existing Policies and Procedures.

What will you do – responsibilities:

• Operations - processing high volumes of MyJTI and MyRequest tickets in line with existing Company Policies and Procedures
• Issue Resolution Support - respond to requisitioner's inquiries and requests in a timely, professional manner
• Compliance - end-to-end understanding of Master Data processes and policies, perform documentation review and necessary updates. Understanding JSOX controls in MD processes
• Other (if applicable) - manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request

Who are we looking for – requirements:

• Ongoing or complete University Degree ( a plus if in Accounting/Finance)
• Fluent English (B2)
• Microsoft Office basics
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Capability to adapt to dinamic and fast changing environment
• Ability to work under pressure and against challenging deadlines
• Positive attitude towards repetitive tasks
• Ability to absorb knowledge quickly (fast learner)
• Good communication skills
• Being Team oriented
