M&S Reporting Specialist 




Position Purpose:

As Marketing & Sales (M&S) Reporting Specialist,  S/he will be responible in generating Strategic Insights, Operational, and OneData reporting supporting different markets, migrating activities from assigned markets to the Global Business Service (GBS) Center, performing controls and quality checking activities to ensure the reports of GBS meet the requirements of stakeholders as defined in the Service Level Targets (SLTs). S/he will also take part in Continuous Improvement projects aiming to standardize, simplify and make processes more efficient. S/he is be expected to actively participate in various engagement and personal & career development activities rolled out within the team and the GBS center.  


Main areas of responsibility:


  • Generate and analyze reports for the Marketing - Strategic Insights (SI) team based in the markets. These reports help stakeholders create actions to help achieve company business goals and targets
  • Ensure completeness of documentations such as Desktop Procedures and Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs)
  • Implement Continuous improvement initiatives to make current reporting processes more efficient and accurate
  • Aid Center Process Manager (CPM) in reviewing new market requests
  • Perform quality checks via control points to ensure accuracy of reports delivered by GBS



You as a professional must have:


  • University degree (Bachelor, Master) in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Mathematics, Statistics
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in FMCG, Shared Service Center Experience or any related industry
  • Upper intermediate (B2) minimum level of English (written and spoken)
  • Good communication skills - this person will be talking to Marketing Directors / SI Managers
  • Presentation Skills
  • MS Office (Intermediate Excel and Powerpoint)
