GLOBAL MOBILITY BUSINESS PARTNER MANAGER
Seeking a dynamic Global Mobility / P&C professional who excels in an international environment and is eager to offer outstanding support to relocating employees. We are looking for someone enthusiastic about introducing new ideas, tackling problems with a creative approach, and welcoming the demands of a dynamic environment.
As the go-to contact for assignees and P&C, you’ll lead everything from program applications and policy exceptions to compensation & benefits, onboarding, and offboarding.
You’ll work with both internal and external teams to ensure that the assignee experience is seamless and exceptional. As part of our culture of continuous improvement, you will have the chance to innovate and elevate our processes while delivering the best service.
Position:
The Global Mobility Business Partner Manager will be responsible for:
- Assignee Lifecycle Management: Own the onboarding/offboarding process from A to Z, compensation schedules, net-to-net calculations, assignment letters, briefings, and employment terms. Collaborate with vendors and be the first point of contact (tax, immigration, relocation, etc.) to guarantee an outstanding experience every step of the way
- Mobility Programs Management: Be a trusted advisor and driving force behind our mobility programs, ensuring smooth implementation and consistent policy alignment and compliance. Manage and support compensation and benefits, ensuring assignees feel guided and valued throughout their entire journey. Ensure clear, transparent communication of mobility programs and policies across the business and with assignees, keeping stakeholders informed of any updates. Drive continuous improvement by spotting areas for enhancement and bringing innovative solutions to life
- Business Partnering & Customer Service: Be the expert and go-to partner for P&C teams, Talent Management, and assignees. Serve as the bridge between home/host entities and regional P&C teams, ensuring smooth execution of programs and policy compliance, while offering expert guidance on compensation and cost projections. Own the assignee experience, hitting operational KPIs, and consistently improving your performance through feedback. You'll use this feedback to continuously improve and enhance the experience. Lead case management with a proactive approach, delivering solutions for mobility-related queries. Team up with the Global Mobility Operations & Payroll Team to provide seamless, efficient support for assignees, balancing business goals with their needs
- Global Mobility Initiatives & Projects: Lead special projects and reviews that keep our mobility programs aligned with business strategy and evolving assignee needs. Continuously refine and optimize processes to drive efficiency and create the best possible experience for our assignees and our stakeholders
Within 12 months you will:

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience in global mobility, ideally in a GBS environment)
- 5+ years of P&C experience, with expertise in Global Mobility management and administration within a multinational organization
- Solid understanding of global tax, social security, and relocation processes
- Fluent in English (written & verbal); additional languages are a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications and SAP HR; experience with AssignmentPro is a plus
- Deep knowledge of mobility processes, policies, and terminology
- Independent and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership while actively collaborating with the team to achieve shared goals
- Outstanding customer service skills with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion
- A team player with a strong sense of urgency, always striving to improve the experience for all stakeholders
- Speak up when it matters: You won’t shy away from managing assignments with specific needs while still ensuring strict adherence to policy compliance
