What will you actually do?


  • Headcount and labor cost: headcount planning and labor cost budgeting within corporate planning cycles, monthly headcount and labor cost tracking and variance explanation;
  • HR data: preparation of regular external and internal HR reports (JSOX-reports, Monthly & Annual HR Dashboards);  
  • Annual Salary Review and Annual Bonus: preparation, calculation, system maintenance;
  • Payroll validation and JSOX controls preparation; 
  • Reporting coordination: ensure effective communication with the Finance department to guarantee the accurate provision of HR data regarding HC, salary, bonus, benefits;
  • Job evaluation: positions assessment based on Hay methodology;
  • Local Compensation and Benefits policies and procedures: initial preparation, distribution and support to employees with any quarries related to these documents.



You as a person:


  • University degree (economics or finance is preferable);
  • Experience in C&B or HR analytics of the multinational company is a plus;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); 
  • Fluent English;
  • Knowledge of SAP HR is an advantage.
