Employee Lifecycle Specialist

 

 

What this position is about - Purpose: 

Ensure efficient delivery of Employee LifeCycle services in designated zones (UK, Ireland, South Africa, Tanzania, Kongo, Sudan, Dubai, Egypt), meeting Service Level Agreements. Maintain organizational management data and handle employee lifecycle events. Prepare contractual agreements and letters. Address employee data queries and provide administrative services. Conduct data quality controls, filing, and reporting. Identify opportunities for process standardization and improvement.

 

What will you do - Responsibilities: 

Organizational Management Data Maintenance:

  • Ensure completeness and consistency of OM-related queries.
  • Maintain organizational structure in SAP HR and other tools as required.
  • Communicate changes to relevant parties.

Employee Lifecycle Support:

  • Validate requests and prepare contractual agreements.
  • Maintain employee lifecycle events in HR and payroll systems.
  • Update guidelines and checklists as needed.
  • Support employees with access to corporate applications.

Employee Related Queries:

  • Process standard requests for employee data changes.
  • Notify relevant parties of data changes.
  • Provide reference documents for employees as needed.

Reporting, Data Quality, and Process Improvements:

  • Provide data and reports as required.
  • Conduct data quality controls.
  • Support process improvements.

Communication and Local Cooperation:

  • Communicate changes to local P&C teams.
  • Maintain good relations with local P&C teams.

 

Who are we looking for - Requirements: 

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with SAP HR experience, in a multinational organization.
  • University degree (Bachelor or Master).
  • Teamwork, proactivity, intercultural sensitivity, flexibility.
  • Attention to detail and openness.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and data maintenance systems
  • Knowledge of SAP, ServiceNow.
