D&IT Change Management Partner Manager
Position:
The purpose of this position is to develop and implement a strategy and approach for successfully managing business changes and business applications knowledge in JTI, in alignment with the D&IT strategy. We are seeking a dynamic person who has experience or would like to become a Change Manager to support Digital and IT projects. The ideal candidate will focus on developing, implementing, and monitoring engagement plans and stakeholder management as well as the communication plan and training approach for the project. This role requires a blend of strong communication skills, project management expertise, and a good understanding of technical tools. The Change Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by ensuring awareness among end-users and increasing employee adoption and usage.
Responsibilities:
Change Management:
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management interventions and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage
- Perform hands-on change management activities including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, readiness assessments, and resistance management
- Design and execute engagement plans that ensure stakeholder buy-in and support
- Knowledge of the application of the PROSCI framework to big projects
Stakeholder Management:
- Identify key stakeholders and build strong relationships to facilitate a smooth change process
- Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to gather feedback, provide updates, and address concerns
- Develop and maintain a stakeholder communication plan that ensures clear, consistent, and timely information sharing
Engagement and Communication:
- Create and deliver communications that articulate the vision, benefits, and impact of change initiatives
- Develop engagement plans to involve and empower stakeholders and build partnerships throughout the change process
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions to ensure comprehensive understanding and acceptance of changes
Communications Plan Delivery:
- Collaborate with Corporate Communications and business sponsors to manage and deliver the communications plan
- Ensure alignment of messaging and timing across all communication channels
- Monitor the effectiveness of communication strategies and adjust as needed
Project Management:
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans
- Track and report on the effectiveness of change management activities and adjust strategies as needed
- Monitor and measure the success of change initiatives, providing regular updates to leadership
Technical Tools:
- Understand the technical tools and systems involved in change initiatives and provide insights into their implementation
- Savviness in M365 (Microsoft Office) and digital tools in general.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Change Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, project management, or related role
- Interest in change management methodologies and best practices (PROSCI preferred)
- Experience in stakeholder management and engagement planning
- Understanding of technical tools and their role in project implementation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
