Accounts Receivable and Cash Management Associate
As an Accounts Receivable and Cash Management Associate, you will report to a Team Lead in the GBS O2C team based in Warsaw. As a candidate, you should possess excellent language skills and an international mindset. In this role, you will be responsible for cash application and account reconciliation, supporting month-end activities, maintaining master data, and assisting with the resolution of client-specific queries. You will also support JSOX controls and audits, ensuring a high level of service with all business partners, such as customers, AR, Group Treasury, Finance, Legal, Sales, and Customer Service.
Position:
The Accounts Receivable and Cash Management Associate will be responsible for:
- Support the Cash Management Team with daily operational tasks (e.g. bank upload, cash allocation, bank reconciliations, etc.)
- Close cooperation with the Credit and Collection Team to ensure timely and accurate cash application
- Monitoring Financial Crime Prevention Measures (PFC)
- Regular and effective cash application
- Support various reporting and reconciliations
- Assist in fulfilling the requirements of internal & external audits
- Ensure compliance with all company accounting policies & internal control
- Support management team in ad hoc queries/information requests
- Other (manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon the manager’s request)
Within 12 months you will:

- Increase your knowledge about O2C team and processes
Requirements:
- A minimum of one year of accounting experience or a postgraduate qualification is required. A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance is preferred
- Excellent English in both written and oral
- Good understanding of IT systems in general (familiar with SAP is an advantage)
- Persistence and 'can do' attitude
- Communication and presentation skills
- Ability to recognize and analyze the problem
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
- Team player
- Customer oriented
