Reduced Risk Products (RRP) Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist

What this position is about – Purpose:

 

Actively contribute to preparing and consolidating financial data for Annual & Strategic Plan (ASP), Latest Estimate (LE), and Outlook (OL) cycles following guidelines from Local, Corporate and Regional levels, with focus on Reduced Risk Products (RRP) P&L and Market Free Cash Flow (MFCF). Ensure timely and accurate data submission. Provide financial support in budgeting and performance management, ensuring proper information flow and analysis of drivers. Conduct financial reporting analysis, including volume and financial reporting, with variance analysis and roadmaps.

 

What will you do – Responsibilities:

 

  • FY Market Planning & Reporting: Support Full Year planning and management reporting for Baltics markets with focus on RRP, overseeing the collection and validation of cross-functional input for the FY Market P&L & FCF plan. Conduct planning in FP&A model and prepare submissions for Corporate and Regional Teams, contributing to presentations for LEs, ASP, and Business Reviews.
  • YTD Market Controlling: Contribute to YTD management reporting for Baltics markets in relation with RRP, analyzing financial performance against plans, applying YTD roadmaps and identifying potential FY overspends or savings. Contribute to Year End closing and reconciliation vs latest OL, providing management reporting on YTD performance for the respective markets.
  • Financial Input to Business Proposals: Validate and provide RRP related financial input for business assessments and market authorization requests, supporting with Net Sales / Excise Tax simulations in response to changes in Excise Tax / Value Added Tax structure/rates or competitive moves.
  • Business Support: Contribute to strategic simulations of Excise Tax structures and scenarios, assisting in Market Model maintenance, and participating in cross-functional business projects.
  • Baltics FP&A System: Handle the FP&A system (Baltics FP&A Model, TM1) and SAP master data maintenance for assigned markets.

 

Who are we looking for – Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in finance, economics or business administration. Financial qualification (e.g. ACCA finalized or in progress) would be an asset.
  • 2-3 years of relevant financial analysis and budgeting work experience, ideally in an international FMCG environment.
  • Fluency in English (written & spoken).
  • PC Skills: SAP or similar ERP system experience, MS Office: advanced in Excel.
