Digital Operations Specialist

Position:

In this role you will contribute to the implementation of the Digital Marketing Strategy by managing the consumer database, performing constant monitoring of existing infrastructure and tools and preparing technical requirements for new features/activations.

Responsibilities:

• Raise, explain, track and QA performance of global feature tickets
• Manage local and global consumer database
• Perform consumer issue investigations
• Support day to day operations

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Fluency in English, Russian is an advantage
• Knowledge of SQL, Jira, ServiceNow and Confluence. Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Campaign Standard and basic HTML are  pluses.
