Digital & IT Expert

We are seeking a dedicated professional to support the implementation of our Digital & IT Strategy. This role focuses on managing the consumer database, ensuring continuous monitoring of existing infrastructure and tools—such as API uptime, data security, and harmonization applications—and translating business requirements into actionable technical specifications. Additionally, you will present digital business analytics insights to senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated expert who thrives in a dynamic environment, capable of addressing stakeholder requests while proactively delivering on broader business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the creation, tracking, and quality assurance of feature tickets developed by globally distributed teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Manage both local and global consumer databases, including preparing targeted segments for marketing activations.
• Deliver ad hoc analytical presentations and reports to senior stakeholders.
• Maintain and update business analytics dashboards in response to evolving business requirements.
• Investigate consumer issues, recommend fraud prevention measures, and implement actionable solutions.
• Provide operational support and ensure seamless day-to-day processes.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience: 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role.
• Communication Skills: Proven ability to create polished corporate presentations, draft impactful business correspondence, and articulate technical requirements effectively.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SQL, Jira, ServiceNow, and Confluence; basic knowledge of HTML is advantageous.
• Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken).
