Global Product Cost Manager (m/f/d)

Mission:
This role ensures efficient Product Cost planning within GSC Finance, including managing the Global Cost Roll-Out process, approving New VMCs, and leading cost estimations for PLM projects. The position plays a key role in cost governance, system enhancements, and finance process optimization. It requires close collaboration with Factories, Markets, Global Planning, Logistics, GBS costing teams, and IT BTS.
Key Responsibilities:
- New VMC Approvals – Validate and approve new VMC requests from factories, ensuring accuracy and compliance with global cost policies.
- Cost Estimation & Quick VMC Process – Manage cost estimation for PLM and Quick VMC, ensuring accurate forecasts for new products, sourcing changes, and market decisions.
- Global Cost Roll-Out – Oversee the cost roll-out process across all SAP factories, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Conduct training and serve as the main contact for queries.
- Cost Configurator Project – Support GSC Finance projects, identify process improvements, and take ownership of the Cost Configurator tool after implementation.
- Product Cost Governance – Ensure adherence to cost policies, provide arbitration for cost disputes, and serve as the primary contact for cost-related inquiries.
Requirements:

Degree in Finance or Economics (ACCA/CIMA is a plus).

5–10 years of experience in Finance & GSC.

Strong understanding of supply chain, accounting principles, and cost analysis.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

High accuracy and ability to work under strict deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office, FCPI, FM, SKU DM, S4, and QVMC portal.
