What this position is about:
The primary role of the Sales Planning Coordinator is to support the field sales force by creating and overseeing tracking systems, reports, and information aimed at measuring the execution and effectiveness of field sales initiatives. In this position, the Sales Planning Coordinator will collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth integration of sales and marketing activities and facilitate communication between departments.
What will you do:
- Develop and maintain tracking reports to measure field sales team progress against sale cycle initiatives. Monitor results vs. established KPIs and provide key insights to highlight opportunities and improve future program results
- Develop and maintain monthly reports for the field sales force that detail planned initiatives at the store level (Prioritization Tool)
- Establish and maintain active communication within different departments in order to assist in the preparation and coordination of promotional execution material
- Ongoing collaboration with field sales to ensure the adequacy of sales-related material is supplied based on feedback to the sales team to provide sales support
- Track and administer retail payments for specific trade programs by validating results against qualification requirments and coordinate with Finance to process payments
Who are we looking for:
- 2+ years CPG experience in a sales coordinator role or sales related role that includes interaction with field sales
- PC literacy: MS Office: Excel - Word - PowerPoint, Power BI, TME/Siebel
- Fluency in English (both written and oral)
