Position Purpose

JTI USA is currently seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our People & Culture Department. This position exists to provide efficient support in all recruitment and talent acquisition activities in line with global internal recruitment guidelines and local legislation to ensure best fit & quality hire.  This includes talent acquisition projects and metric tracking/reporting.

This position is based in our Head Office in Teaneck, NJ.

Responsibilities

  • Support of Full Life Cycle Recruitment of all open positions. This includes ensuring efficient running of all recruitment activities (developing job descriptions, managing agencies and online job postings, organizing interview schedules, etc.)  Utilize recruitment solutions to source candidates (networking, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews both in person and virtually.
  • Provide support to all functions & managers involved in recruitment process.
  • Participate in and coordinate all Employer Branding initiatives including career fairs or other presence.  
  • Screen candidates using both phone and video interviewing methods.
  • Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request.

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • 1-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisiton or HR. 
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and oral skills 
  • Excellent computer skills with proven proficiency in MS office applications
  • Experience with ATS systems– Success Factors experience would be preferred
