Rewards & ER Specialist, Caucasus

 

What this position is about - Purpose:

 

The position exists to provide seamless administration support to all Georgia based employees with Employee Relations; carryout the benefits administration and support local & global reporting. The position also supports end-to-end Rewards initiatives (paylines, compensation, benefit administration) for Armenia Market.

 

What will you do - Responsibilities:

 

  • Keep up-to-date system of personnel records and employment agreements.
  • Coordinate documentation of new hires, transfers, terminations, leaves and other personnel related activities in compliance with local labor legislation of Georgia.
  • Maintain signed Job Descriptions in employees’ Personal files, ensure the latest JDs are signed for employees who change roles or are new hires, or in case of JD revisit.
  • Prepare data for Salary Surveys submission according to the requests from salary surveys providers.
  • Support Rewards manager in preparation for Compensation scenarios.
  • Responsible for approving consolidated monthly payroll for Armenia on time and ensure accurate cost allocations.
  • Managing SAP HR and payroll systems, supervise data quality and accuracy of requests sent to GBS.
  • Provide calculation of bonuses (LIP, SIP, Annual SIP) for future approval and payout.
  • Provide reports on benefits as per global requirements.
  • Provide support and keep updated all policies related to benefits administration.
  • Support Rewards Manager in the selection process of benefits providers.
  • Be accountable for accuracy of all the data in SAP HR
  • Maintain Organizational Structures of all Caucasus markets and update when required.
     

Who are we looking for - Requirements:

 

  • You have a University Degree or equivalent education
  • Minimum 2 years of successful experience in human resources; personnel administration and payroll experience would be an advantage
  • Fluent Georgian; English – upper-intermediate, Russian as a plus
  • Confident PC user - MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Outlook) - required. \
  • Good knowledge of SAP and 1C would be an advantage
  • Experience in working with personnel documentation (orders, contracts, personal files of employees, maintaining employment records)
  • Experience of working with payroll/ good numeric skills
  • Good analytical and planning skills with strive for accuracy
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills /ability to work in a team
  • Can have holistic and proactive approach to problem solving
