Digital Marketing Manager

 

 

Position Overview:

 

As a Digital Marketing Manager you will lead the development, deployment and adoption of a consumer-centric digital ecosystem (DES) for our portfolio, driving a consumer-centric mindset across the JTI organization. Responsibilities include developing programs to maximize consumer acquisition and reduce churn rate, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, managing the consumer activation budget, and ensuring alignment with all stakeholders and compliance with market standards and company processes.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead the deployment and optimization of the consumer-centric digital ecosystem, ensuring superior digital consumer experience and analyzing metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Regularly evaluate consumer journeys based on commercial and consumer KPIs.
  • Coordinate integration and collaboration among digital tools and platforms within the digital ecosystem.
  • Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of the digital ecosystem, including DES development and management of referrals, marketplaces, and consumer data.
  • Maximize user acquisition and retention, effective utilization of digital platforms, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with agencies to ensure support for JTI brands and alignment with brand objectives.
  • Manage digital budget, ensuring proper monitoring, evaluation, and monthly reporting of activation programs.
  • Oversee investment allocation approval process to ensure ROI and alignment with brand objectives.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • University degree (required)
  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, minimum 3 years of Digital Operations Management experience (required).
  • FMCG experience (desirable)
  • Fluent English.
  • Excellent command of different digital tools (CRM/ CDP/ E-commerce/ Marketing automation/etc.).
  • Solid business acumen: P&L management / Budget management.
  • Very good analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Future-looking mindset.
  • Advanced strategic and conceptual thinking
