Portfolio and Pricing Manager, CAUCASUS Cluster
What this position is about – Purpose:
Support the development of JTI RMC portfolio & pricing strategy in Caucasus markets. By working closely with Brand Managers, the incumbent contributes to achieving ASP objectives and long-term sustainable growth of JTI market share, as well as consumer satisfaction, while maximizing top and bottom-line growth. The incumbent is responsible at the Cluster level for pricing reports and analysis, general portfolio processes, and projects coordination.
What will you do - Responsibilities:
- Support analysis of competitor portfolios and pricing to identify trends and assess impact on JTI’s portfolio evolution.
- Continuously review JTI’s portfolio performance, price positioning, and competitiveness; recommend strategies to support consumer-centric portfolio development.
- Coordinate and execute portfolio projects, ensuring stakeholder engagement and timely updates.
- Lead strategic planning and execution of portfolio optimization, including delisting and cross-brand migrations.
- Develop and maintain pricing strategy across Caucasus markets, aligned with brand and business goals.
- Drive timely price change proposals in line with the pricing calendar.
- Propose market research needs in collaboration with Brand Managers and Strategic Insights to inform strategy.
Who are we looking for - Requirements:
- University degree preferably in Management, Marketing, or Finance.
- 3-5 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Business Analysis, Finance, Strategic Insights, or Trade & Consumer engagement.
- Good understanding of Marketing and Sales processes in FMCG.
- English is required. Georgian or Russian would be a plus.
- Confident PC user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - required. BI user is an advantage.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking.
- Good organizational skills, ability and willingness to learn and apply new skills.
- Leadership skills (to influence and inspire others, demonstrate confidence and enthusiasm/optimism, drive innovations).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Fast learner, self-motivator, high result orientation.
