Logistics Specialist, Georgia

What this position is about - Purpose:
 

This position exists to provide support to Logistic Team with:  supporting import cycle of finished goods and NTMs supply from factories to the markets. Preparation and processing of shipping documents. Maintenance of customer Master Data and handle O2C processes in SAP. Preparation and uploading data in corporate systems.

What will you do - Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive support of import cycle of finished goods and NTMs supply from JTI factories and 3rd party suppliers to the markets with logistic paperwork, delivery terms and schedules with the business partners and factories aiming fulfillment of the Company sales targets.
• To minimize possible additional expenses connected to import deliveries. 
• To provide timely, accurate and complete communication concerning the supply, production, order non-tobacco materials, changes in legislation, changes in QMS / market plans, to importers, factories, management and other colleagues.
• Negotiate and agree with the importers / factories supply plan at importer's warehouses, excise stamps flow.
• To maintain Customer Master Data and handle O2C processes in SAP. Monitor the accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
• Prepare invoices, annexes, addendums and other relative to shipments documents. To ensure clear and timely documents flow (Customers<->JTI Caucasus<->Factories/Distributors), prepare, monitor and store corresponding documents.
• Preparation and uploading data related to Logistics into corporate systems with high accuracy and timely manner, closely communicating with GSC, LECA and Finance (FP&A) functions to ensure loaded data correctness.
• Timely provide the required reports to HQ  / Head of Functions/ Cluster management and perform other business tasks given by the line manager.

Who are we looking for - Requirements:

• High standard of university degree in economics/Logistics/Customer services
• At least 2 years in FMCG company in planning/customer service or logistics areas
• Proven experience in working in cross-functional / cross-country projects and teams
• Fluent English and Georgian, Russian would be advantage
• Full package MS Windows/Office, strong SAP; Logistic documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good attention to details
• Focus on high results. Constant striving for maximum accuracy
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
