Digital Activation Specialist, Georgia

 

What this position is about - Purpose:

 

To drive effective digital marketing strategies and campaigns aimed at enhancing brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty among both B2B trade partners and B2C consumers to JTI Brands. This role involves developing and executing digital marketing initiatives across various channels, optimizing content and campaigns, analyzing data to inform decision-making, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to maximize results and drive business growth.

 

What will you do - Responsibilities:

 

B2B Platform Management for Trade Partners Loyalty and Engagement:
 

1. Implement digital marketing strategies aimed at enhancing loyalty and engagement among trade partners, distributors, and retailers.

2. Manage B2B loyalty platforms, including incentive programs, rewards systems, and partner portals, to drive sales, increase brand advocacy, and strengthen partnerships.

3. Collaborate with sales and trade marketing teams to align digital activation efforts with trade promotion strategies and channel-specific initiatives.

4. Generate regular reports on B2B platform performance, highlighting key metrics and actionable insights, and propose timely action points to maximize results.

 

B2C Direction for Consumer Brand Awareness, Equity, and Loyalty:

 

1. Drive brand awareness, equity, and loyalty among consumers through targeted digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.

2. Develop and execute consumer-focused digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including social media, email, websites, and direct mailing.

3. Utilize consumer data and insights to personalize marketing communications, enhance customer experiences, and foster long-term relationships.

4. Provide regular reports on consumer campaign performance, outlining key findings and recommendations for enhancing effectiveness, and implement timely action points to drive results.

 

Content Management and Optimization:

 

- Create and curate compelling digital content tailored to both B2B and B2C audiences, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and objectives.

- Optimize content for search engines (SEO), user engagement, and platform-specific requirements to maximize visibility and impact.

- Collaborate with content agencies, creators, designers, and subject matter experts across departments to develop engaging and relevant content that resonates with target audiences.

- Conduct regular content audits and performance analyses, identifying areas for improvement and implementing timely adjustments to enhance effectiveness.

 

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Data Analysis:
 

- Utilize CRM systems to manage customer databases, segment audiences, and track interactions across B2B and B2C channels.

- Analyze consumer and trade partner data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for targeted marketing initiatives.

- Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to monitor campaign performance, measure ROI, and inform strategic decision-making.

 

Who are we looking for - Requirements:

 

  • You have a University Degree or equivalent education, Marketing, Economics or similar
  • Min 1 year of experience in digital marketing roles, preferably within the FMCG industry or similar fast-paced consumer goods sectors.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing roles, with a focus on B2B and B2C engagement within the FMCG industry.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, email marketing software, content management systems, social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • The knowledge of Power BI, familiarity with web design, visual communication principles and content management systems will be considered as an advantage.
  • Local language, English – fluent, Russian as a plus

Confident PC user - MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Outlook) - required.
